The submission of fraudulent, altered, or intentionally misleading documentation (including falsified school records, transcripts, or census data) will result in immediate, permanent disqualification of the nominee and a permanent ban on the nominator.
The Academy reserves the right to independently verify all submissions and to rescind any Laureate status or archive profile if inaccurate or disqualifying information comes to light post-induction.
The historical records and profiles compiled by the Academy are provided for general educational, biographical, and archival purposes. While the Academy utilizes a rigorous, multi-stage peer-review verification process, we make no guarantees regarding the absolute completeness or real-time accuracy of third-party historical source materials. The Academy shall not be held liable for accidental omissions or historical discrepancies within archived dossiers.
